Wholesale investors who wish to appoint a professional manager to invest in a concentrated portfolio of primarily asx listed securities and some curated managed funds. May prefer a fund structure that offers simpler tax reporting, aggregated brokerage costs, and an automated process where the manager manages rights issues and other company-related transactions on their behalf.
